I regularly teach workshops in Valbonne, usually from 9am to 12noon on a Saturday or Sunday morning. These 3 hour workshops are the ideal way to discover this revolutionary, joyous and playful way of working, where the emphasis is on being kind to the body and gently undoing tension to reveal a deep source of vitality and energy.
